About Casalta Home Inspections
Construction experience, applied to inspections — and a company being built the right way.
Built by Someone Who's Worked on the Other Side of the Walls
Raul Fajardo founded Casalta Home Inspections after years of hands-on residential construction work — framing, finishing, systems, and the countless details that go into building a home from the ground up. That experience shapes how he approaches every inspection: not as a generic checklist exercise, but as a practical, informed look at how a home was actually built and how it's holding up.
Construction experience matters in an inspection because so many issues aren't obvious from a surface-level walk-through. Knowing how framing, roofing systems, electrical rough-ins, and plumbing are supposed to go together makes it easier to spot where they don't — and to explain clearly what that means for a buyer or homeowner.
Casalta Home Inspections is currently completing Florida home-inspector licensing and insurance requirements before beginning operations.
