Online scheduling and payment, when used, take place on Spectora's platform under its own privacy terms, not on this site.

We don't share it with third parties beyond the service providers that help us operate this site and respond to you, including Cloudflare, Resend, and Spectora when you use online scheduling.

This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive here, so we can improve it. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser type, and pages visited. We do not perform or offer repair work on any property we've inspected, we don't pay agents or brokers for referrals, and our inspection fee never depends on what we find. You choose your own contractor for any follow-up work — always.
